Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI chatbots and voice agents using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques.
• Build and maintain process automation flows using AI and robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
• Develop and implement training data and models for AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing client systems and platforms.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI deployments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of NLP and ML concepts and techniques.
• Experience building and deploying chatbots and voice agents.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with AI platforms and tools (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex).
• Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience with data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
